All cancellation requests for delegates who have registered for APDW 2020 must be submitted in writing via email to the Secretariat at email@example.com.
All cancellation requests will be handled on a discretionary basis. Upon acceptance of the cancellation, refunds are applicable according to the following timeline:
- Cancellation before 31st July 2020 - 50% Refund
- Cancellation after 31st July 2020 - No Refund
All refunds will be made after the congress.
All bank services charges/ convenience fee/ administration fees/ Taxes will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
